Nick Butcher has an Honors degree in Psychology, and a Master's degree in Counseling, and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He works primary with adolescents, but also has had success and enjoy working with both pre-teens and adults on a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, sexual identity, anger management, and various kids of relational problem-solving. He use various types of counseling techniques, though he is partial to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, and Adlerian school of thought.

Michael Cooper graduated from IU with a major in psychology and gender studies and Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. He is currently pursuing his license for the state of Indiana. He has been an adult leader for Prism Youth Community for LGBTQ and questioning youth for the past four years. Michael primarily works with adolescent and young adult population, aiding in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, and sexual identity issues. His current theoretical focus is on Reality, Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused therapies.

Nichole Day has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings. She has worked in a inpatient and outpatient hospital as well as at Indiana University Counseling and Psychology Center. Her counseling specialties and interest include postpartum depression, anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, relationship issues, and family issues. She utilizes Reality Therapy, Cognitive - Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution- Brief Focused Therapy.
